Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your inbox for easy printing.
Pack and Ship
Place your items in their original packaging, attach the new shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
